1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Digital products and instant downloads are non-refundable, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.


2. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us first at veresells@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your payment provider.
If youโ€™ve done this and still havenโ€™t received it, email us at veresells@outlook.com and weโ€™ll assist you immediately.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Weโ€™ll make it right as quickly as possible.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
